Hi Alec,

Someone had actually emailed me a link to your site last week. It's very promising stuff--I realize you probably don't have a lot of time, but I'd love to see some of those game demos polished up into products. They're a ton of fun to play.

And Sporbie:

Most of the games I've talked about are ones I've come across in the last few years. Some are new to me--people email me links to their favorite titles. My to-do list for the site is still ~25 or so games, but I'm sure more will crop up before I exhaust them all.

Now I'm not sure if this is the place for self-promotion, but there's no forum, so I thought I'd post this here: I made a few soft body physics-based games back in the day, but I've never bothered to promote them. They're all made with a 2D soft body physics engine I wrote and am in the process of rewriting for 3D. When I read the "I searched and searched but always came across the same stuff" I figured you guys might enjoy something new.

So, the first link is

http://www.aidspan.org/alec/projects/files/physicsenginedemo.zip

where there are 2 levels from the best game (run demos 3 & 4, after installing the included DLL). And the second link is

http://physical.alecrivers.com/

which is the main page for the physics engine, and where you can grab a couple more games (on the Downloads page).

Hope you like them.
