Default Heavy physics usage sandbox gta 4 styled game(idea)

after i looked on aqua's general thread about the zombie game,i tinked that with the developers on this forum we might create something fun and and not a realy big system destroyer game, since this game will not feature so many characters
im thinking that this is possible with all the free 3D engines and the talented game making members here like kotsoft, and many other users like maltor, matthew and other members
so,if you wana join this project,it will have lots of things to be done, but with patience we will make outa this idea a good and fun game
but i realy dont have any experience in coding, progaming or any other things,i have lots of ideas and i can provide concept art for the game,so if you can help in any way,im gonna put you in the list of the people who joined this project
now for the physics ussage
even if it wont have as much deformable stuff like in aqua's general game,it will still have lots of it,and like in GTA 4,we will be able to use the internet, use the mobile phone and other stuff, cars will have physics, people who will be pushed will fall realisicly on stairs, and maybe even be able to drag the corpses of dead people like in oblivion

the first thing that we will need to do is to find people to join this project, but this wont be a problem, since lots of people on this forum have lots of experience in making games

This will seriously never get done, Please think about what you are asking BEFORE you say "OEH LOOK GUYZ IZ THUGHT UP AN IDEAR" This will never get done, Unless you want us to pay out for Euphoria, The Rage Engine, and about 100 Coders... THEN the game might be ready in about 2 years

And maybe start with a more reasonable goal? its probably a better idea to start with a better general idea rather than concentrating on tiny things like using a cell phone and dragging bodies.

yeah, i doubt this will really work out at all. Consider that all the people willing to help with this project would be a mere fraction of a professional development team. noone here would be getting paid for this, so wheres the incentive to move along skillfully and quickly, let alone complete the project?

I find that flattering that my idea inspired this, but even the smaller goal I had in mind for the actual game was too ambitious. It is going to be impossible unless you think about swapping to 2D and of course scrap entirely the idea of using Euphoria.

The topic was more of vision, rather then what I actually wanted to see in the game if it was created. Obviously we can't have 1 million + characters on screen.

I remember that I was working on the project with a lot of other members with Digital Manifestation as really the only one actually pushing to the idea. He made a few prototypes and a few moths later he pretty much vanished. He hasn't been back since the end of 2008.

Right now I am dedicated on three projects. After I finish at least one I could help out on modeling and texturing based things (if the game is picked up again).

Its still not exactli an incentive to make it, the sort of thing he wants to be made is jst not do-able with the resources that we have... We'd need more than the 5 or so relatively good programmers we have on the forums now.

This isn't an ideas forum, so this should be locked, at least until you get something playable that is physics-based, but seriously, what were you thinking, all of the fun-motion devs would just jump in, do all of this work for you, and get it done in 6 months?

You actually remind me a bit of myself of when I was younger. :P (like 3-4 years ago, when I was 10-11)
