Default TSS Demo [Grand Theft Auto Type free game]


This wasn't so much a game as it was a technical demo.
In fact it was released in a demoscene competition called 'Assembly' in 2004. It won 2nd place!
You can easily see why. The gameplay is similar to the ever popular GTA series and is just plain addictive!
The best 14megs of my hard drive, I already played this game for 2 hours and I'am not bored! I love crashing cars in TSS, killing pedestrians, drifting, everything!!
This is the best little time waster EVER!!

Looks awesome. If my CD drive weren't broken on my laptop, I'd hell of download this and put it all up ins.

Brilliant time waster! The ragdolls could be a little better though. :\

This game is nothing short of brilliant. Considering it's a technical demo and also a free download, it could not have been any better.

Yes, I fully aggre. With the better ragdolls, more cars and car deformation this would be better than GTA

Also, I have no idea why the houses are closed and you can't open them. When you get close to them you can see room's and stairs...

Damn my internets. I have to wait for like a week (in minutes) to actually play something people are saying is BETTER THAN GTA! Dammit. Congrats to those who figured out the week in minutes.

Well, it's not better than GTA, not by a world of distance. But the physics are, indeed, amongst the best physics I've ever seen in a driving game. I believe they're better than even the physics in VCrash. (Notice that better doesn't mean more realistic. The physics in the game can be a tad on the fun/arcadish side)

There's only one thing wrong with this game.....No REAL ragdoll.(people just split into parts when you hit them.)

Whoooooo! That was fun. I wuz all lyk "get out o teh way beetch" and they was lyk "no" and i wuz lyk runnin' themz over rotflmaol!

Ahem. Yeah, that town needs police. Otherewise random people can run through town, being the avatar of Death. Did anyone else notice that when you walk into people as a person, they go all rigid?

Me loves it.
One very impressive thing is that drifting marks (traces or marks, I dunno) never disappeared.
