Superfighters & Superfighters Deluxe

Superfighters is all about little men shooting, stabbing, mashing, smashing, burning and blowing each other into tiny bits... and then doing it all over again!

Well that's just what the developer says about it, but its a lot more awesome than it sounds. There are a lot of objects in the game that are physics driven, that change the outcome of each fight dramatically. This game is multi-player, so you can fight with one friend against eachother or against bots. I myself find a 1v1 against a friend a lot more fun. Just go to the website and see their video.

Now, that was just the first one, which is complete but seems to be missing a lot of things that could make it a lot better. Here is where Superfighters deluxe comes in.

Superfighters Deluxe is a full-on sequel to Superfighters and adds some of the most desired features like online multiplayer, improved melee combat and more character customization. Note that this is a pre-alpha version and contains only the most basic gameplay. We will update the game regularly and add in more beloved features from the original Superfighters (like bots, fire, grenades, bazookas, hanging crates, gibs) and add many, many new ones.

It features online, but ONLY online so far.
It would be much appreciated if someone could start a server.
It is missing a lot of things though.

It is awesome, it is strategy based, fast paced, and action packed. It's also full of hilarious and epic moments.

But one little thing to anyone that's going to play this game.
It will be hard at first but once you get used to the controls you'll love it.

whilst playing this game I couldn't stop feeling this was "action movie hero: the game"

and I like- no, LOVE the ability to steer a rocket that hit you directly.

First time I hit my brother with a rocket he steered it right into me, killing us both after a long battle.

Every fight feels like a planned out action animation.

Because you need to hamachi to to a direct IP join, so we can play with friends. It says so in the link you posted to make a server.
