It looks like it has a few colour enhancements. But i hope it has Euphoria, surely it has to...

GTA V will not necessarily be technologically better, or even just as good as GTA IV was, just because it's its sequel.

I've been proven wrong too many times in the past making such assumptions.

I think we can assume that it will be at least of a similar technological level. I hardly believe it will be inferior in that aspect.

If the game itself is better? We'll have to wait and see.

Well. we actually get to play as 3 characters. Which is pretty cool. Also the map is something like 3 times as big as Red Dead Redemptions map. Also. A second trailer which probably everyones seen already.
