I really like this game. It's fun just as an off-roading game. I downloaded the official map pack, and i've been having a blast cruising around in the Tatra 8x8. It's a cool game, but it could still use a lot of work.

Game runs great on my computer. Can't wait for the boats and waves. Next I hope for debris instead of rods and the skin stretching. But all and all a very fun and addicting game.

AMD 2.6 dual
4 Gig ram
ATI 1800 512mb (looking at the new GeForce 8800)
500 gb sata hdd

Running well on my computers. I'm really liking how you can import you own vehicles into this simulation. Time to make an FJ40!

Vell, the game has pretty advanced physics, so it demands quite the powerfull computer.

EDIT:

But, it depends wich truck/ you uses. The more complex vehicle, the more lag.

Question

Well, not really..
Rigs of Rods has a huge selection of special features you can turn off if you are getting lag, it all runs fine for me.

Im sure it will work, its not TOO graphics intensive, you just need a good processor.

Um... I start out with a guy in a truck, I can walk through its walls, and it is completely uninteractive aside from basic character movement.

It isn't particularly made for people who just want to "get it and go"

and version 0.36.1 came out on the 22nd
