One of the biggest thing of the PS3 is the physics. Little Big Planet has outstanding physics and Motorstorm has the most realistic vehicle deformation ever in a game (official news). I am thinking of buying a PS3 just because of the games with great physics.
Is there any one out there that owns a PS3 and can tell me some of the bad points and good points about it?
I know this is not really on topic but I really want to know.
One more question. Is their any more games that use a heavy use of physics on PS3?

A PS3 is great, but imo I get more "bang for the buck" when buying a 360.
Don`t get me wrong, a PS3 sure is better than the 360, but I can get the 360 for 2400 ,- nok, and when PS3 comes I can get it for 6000 ,- nok.
Anyways, I would rather upgrade my computer than spend money on a console.

Computer wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy better than any console ever will!!! Stranglehold is intense, warmonger is intense, cellfactor is intense, you can't compete. Once some weirdo makes a ps3 or 360 emulator they're sunk! Yes, I do know you could compare a ps3 vs $600 computer and the ps3 will win, but if you're a hardcore gamer: the PC is for you.

PC's are good for gaming if the games you like will run on your PC. When Crysis comes out I am going to buy it but I will need to cut down the physics, effects and particles to keep a solid frame-rate. But then again they where porting Crysis to Xbox 360 but because 360 does not support DX10 it will not look as good as the PC version with a Geforce 8800 GTX.
PS3 is actually less powerful than Xbox 360. Because they changed the processor at the last minuite because the parts for the powerful processor has parts that are too expensive to make and there production rate is not fast so they where forced to use a Nvidea Processing Unit. However there is a PhysX Ageia chipset included.
PS3's main flaw is the online. It is going to take about 2 years for it too catch up to Xbox 360 and by then Xbox 360 will grow more.
Just my rant for the day.

Actually PS3 IS a ittybittylittle bit more powerful than X360... Well, X360 has more graphics memory, 512 mb, and PS3 has 256mb graphics memory and 256mb some other memory (which is shared with the graphics card and processor (i think its with processor too))...
The new processor which will be in the European PS3 is exactly the same as in american and japanese (I mean PS3's that are in sales already) PS3, but it ill be only more quiet... If i would say PS3's and X360's powers in points, they would be both 100... Or PS3:101 and X360:100... Oh and BTW, crysis MIGHT come to BOTH consoles, i mean IF it will come to X360, it WILL come to PS3 too... But the crysis team have said that PS3 and X360 aren't so powerful that they could run Crysis (i mean not enough power)... Try to understand, i'm Finnish, so i'm no really good at english...

Mate your english is fine. There is no need to panic about it.
Xbox 360 has a ghigher amount of Memory (RAM and another one but I forgtten) so it can support more than one active Downloaded Content Pack in a game. In Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion for PS3 you can only have one active content pack causing the other packs you bought to be useless until you go to the options menu.
I should sum it down to one sentence but I like typing alot.

I have to admite I'm starting to get impressed with the PS3 solely because of the physics... If it worn't over priced I would save and save to buy one.
I would say I'm more of a Nintendo fan. But I have a special place in my heart for sony, because the PS1 was my first gaming console.
