I just noticed something rather irritating just few days ago... You know, players can give a heart to other players, and the hearts pretty much work as an indicator on who makes the good levels and who doesn't. That's good, but the irritating part is, that people beg for them. The hearts lose their idea that way, IMO. As soon as I started playing LBP for the first time, I got something like 3-5 messages on PS3 asking for me to <3 them. One actually said "I already hearted you, now give me a heart".. Umm, oo-kay. No, I won't. I haven't given a single heart to anyone asking for them, as I really do find that irritating.

It could be, maybe they just wanted to wait until the right time to add the best element back in, oh and I also read something about them taking it out due to glitches with it and the fact that they didn't need ice in the story levels so they took it out for a while.

Ritardo. I actually want to use that name but, sadly, you can't change your PSN name because of reasons unknown. It's the embodiment of noble stupidness, as ritari is knight in Finnish and.. Well, retard(ed), everyone knows that word.
Also you could only use your actual name. I find it funny, when playing CoD4, to see player called "Gary", "Fred" or something like that kill a player with the usual FPS name like "Slayer666", "Predator" etc. Those names are just too.. Cheesy, imo.

yes definatly online creation. and that ice element sounds pretty cool. it could be part of the puzzles. like you'd have to be frozen and then you'd slide down a slope of fire with the ice slowly melting and by the time you get to the end your back to normal. yes definatly bring ice back

This just about happened to me, it said that my data files are corrupt, and then it asked me if I wanted to back up my files for some reason, I said yes, and then the game started and I still had all of my files, thank goodness.

Guys, it's official, LittleBigPlanet is coming to the PSP this Christmas, how great... I personally don't like this because of spending time on DLC for us, they were downgrading LittleBigPlanet so that people could play it on the go...unless they had a diffferent team of people create this, but I doubt that. Oh well, I don't have a PSP and I"m not getting one.

And BTW, E3 is so freakin sweet so far, and all there's been are press conferences!!!

Well I don't know, they made a creation kit that just had some general props and tools for free, and this seems kinda like that, but if it does require a few dollars from my wallet, I'll pay for it.

I wonder if fire, electricity, and possibly ice will be compatible, like fire goes in water, fire gets put out, some water gets turned into steam, or if electricity touches water, all of the water is now hazardous, or if ice touches it, some of the water gets frozen... Eh? ;)

And if there is steam, it should condense into water when it touches ice. (Kinda like OE-Cake)

Yeah, hopefully we can get some type of air equipment, maybe a powerup like the jetpack.

Yeah, even if... i would kill for a PC port of this game, i doubt it's ever going to happen, since it's one (probably the biggest) of the PS3 flagships. Hopefully a friend got recently a PS3 with LBP and i finally got to play it a lot. We did many LBP gatherings in front of a 42'' screen and it was just amazing. Especially when you play with 3 other buddies in the same room. Wine (or beer) included. :p

Btw, PS3 Slim is on its way for release with a great price drop. I really think of joining the PS3 club. And to make the temptation even better, i read about an upcoming GOTY version of LBP with some unique levels designed specifically for it, plus 7 major DLCs for free (like the MGS one). And for dessert, the upcoming DLC with water etc. ;)

yeah,but you forgot something,the only gaming machine that has DLC free(excludint the expansion pack)is PC,so im sure you saw that on lots of consoles DLC are buyable,not free,especyaly the XBox360,thats the reason why Valve doesn't adds PC content to Consoles,but,who knows,PS3 might get em fre

also i love the idea of trapped air underwater, like if you made a 1 layer box and there would still be air in it! the possiblities would be pretty extreme.. im sure people would make whole levels, where you have to frantically swim from one box to another, avoiding obstacles out of fear of drowning should you fair to make it to the next box in time...

also new powerups are always cool... i wish they would add a grappling hook.... (dreams)

Really cool, even if underwater it's kinda hard to see things etc, just a bit confusing. At least the PotC levels we played.

TF2 is on the PC, on the PC anyone can download stuff off of the developer's website.

Now on the consoles, the developers have to pay Microsoft, Sony, etc. to host it on their network, so their console users can download stuff. As long as there are companies making consoles, or the consoles have limited use, the developers who would release the DLC free, usually have to add a price to make profit, due to the hosting price.
I.e. PC is better.

The PSP version seems harder than the PS3 one. Am I the only one who has noticed this?

No, I noticed that too... Were you, as well, having troubles with the editor?

I found that the level editor was the hardest part of the game, but that is what made LBP for Ps3 so great :(

Played the story. Pretty bland, played MP coudn't find decent people to play with. Anyone wanna play sometime next week? (Got a major exam on Monday til Friday)

I just got this game for PSP. Freakin' love it :)

I love the PSP version too,but it crashes too often in the level editior.
