I dont think its really a physics game but its a cool top-down racing game with cool map, you can choose between some vehicle and you can create your own map and vehicle and play multiplayer on the same computer... and its free and dont require a very good computer...

thanks for you uber run-on sentence, and it doesn't look physicy enough, as you even admitted before, for me to try it yet, unless you get some good feedback :-/

EDIT: I tried to download it, but i got to an error page

Actually, this has great driving physics, and is one of my favorite freeware racing games.

Hasn't this been posted, or am I just going insane???

Edit: Never mind it has been posted but not in its own topic (I don't think).

Nope. I just magic-buttoned it, and I didn't see anything. Just this thread, and some threads with the word "generally," not "GeneRally." Oh, and the game has some nice particles, too.

It might not have physics,, but I still find it fun. But I think Amynue is right... no physics. It's mostlikley pre-defined (i.e. if the car is going at say full speed it will bounce off the wall by 6 units).

Yeah, it has been discussed before here in another thread (with AutoCrossRacing - another nice 2D racing). Maybe not so many physics, but GeneRally was one of my favourite freeware games a long time ago. We had a very active community, but somehow, somewhen, something happened, the site went down for a long time and when they reopened it, it looked like a... post-apocalyptic setting  No tracks at all, no downloads, just some maps from here and there. Many people lost their interest and went away. Me too ;)

What are you crazy I check up on the forum ever now and then and it has millions of maps, cars, etc. Well it is still one of the best games around.

Great one, it's one of my favourite freeware games. But no physics, so, locked. :p
