C4 Engine is great and very easy to make a physics sandbox enviroment.
To make a physics map do the following
1) Download http://www.terathon.com/c4engine/C4Demo132.zip
2) Extract Anywhere you want
3) Run the exe
4) When the menu loads up, hit Esc (Escape) on your key board
5) Press ` on your key baord (located at the top right, on the left of 1)
6) Click either New Map or Open Map
7) Start Making your map
Note: One dowside is the new version of the demo does not have a physics plug in active. I will update this after I contact Terrathon. At the moment you can put a third party physics engine indegrated in C4 on http://www.terathon.com/wiki/index.php?title=Third_Party_Physics_Engines
Edit: Look at my custom made maps for C4 on http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=AquaGeneral (just browse my videos, anything that says C4 at the start is C4.

NovodeX Rocket is a great sandbox environment too. NovodeX was the precursor to Ageia PhysX. I don't think it's on their official site anymore, but a Google search turned up: http://www.megagames.com/news/html/demos/novodexrocket-physicsdemo.shtml

I made the Jengastack to have about 1000-2000 blocks instead of 360. Fps is about 15.

Lol, I tested 10,000 marbles rolling down a hill hitting into a little house and thr frame-rate was 50 with PhysX.

The Novodex is very cool! This stuffs looks complicated, but might be interesting. :)
Is there a physics "toy" out there wich uses Havok? (except hl2)

There used to be a lot of Havok toys but they removed them.

You can do the same things with 3ds max easily...I don't play the game, i only saw the video, but you can do this with some reactor in 3ds ^^

Your Graphic Card is a in-built Intel version. You should consider buying a mid-range GF card because inbuilt GF cards are nearly as bad as having nothing.
Everything else seems fine.

Most times, if main board has integrated graphic card, you can't install any new graphic cards (AGP, PCI-E)

Also I would need some more RAM.
I'm getting a brand new one in August, so I'll just wait.

C4 Engine B132 is no longer avaialable dow there are newer versions; if you are still intereest in C4 you can download a demo of it here
However the new versions require you to download Stand-Alone physics maps for the physics to work.
In my sig there is a topic on their with the old version with PhysX indegrated.
