I loved this game. It was absolutely spectacular. It was amazing how good it' graphics were, and yet it ran so much faster than many other games on the Xbox with far worse graphics. It was also so incredibly cinematic and fun to play. It was quite simply an exemplary first person shooter.
(Also, I felt like correcting your post, as I have OCD.)

I would have thought so... I myself have never herd of this, but I know that the best physics in a star wars game is just around the corner, right guys?

Erm, no. The physics implementations are a lot. Not too obvious though, you'd have to be looking. Like what would look like a scripted animation is actual simulation, and usually never is exactly the same.
Played it a while ago...a year I think. I still have the CDs, I should install it.

It did have only that, to some degree. It did have very interactive environments, though. It was also the only Star Wars game to have ragdoll integrated into it at this point, I believe. (And by integrated I mean without cheats, hacks, mods, or anything of that nature.)

Actually I played this just recently, and the only physics that were visible to my eye were the ragdoll physics.

There's also a PC demo for it too: http://www.download.com/Star-Wars-Republic-Commando-demo/3000-7506_4-10360855.html

I never even knew this game came out for PC. I only knew they had an Xbox version! It's too bad they aren't making a RC2 for the next-gen consoles and the now much more powerful computers. It would be even better than it is now!

I played the PC version, by the way. Hence why it would have a few more stuff. But keep in mind it's hard to even notice where there are physics, just look hard...
