Well incase nobody knows about it here are the features directly from EBGames.com.au

EB Games Australia Says;
Four friends get together for a party while the parents are away, but somebody ... or something, is about to crash the party. In four-player melee action, you will fight off the monster invasion in this top-down action/shooting game. Customize and build your own weapons by grabbing parts from the house and town to create more powerful attack tools, and find rare parts to build some ultimate weapons. Jack abandoned vehicles and deck them out with weapons to ride through the terrain and take out creatures. Visit five locations, including the suburban town, the high school, and the "Shopping Maul." The use of the Ageia NovodeX Physics platform allows you to interact with the environments physics to give yourself an advantage, such as creating barricades or throwing large objects, while the visual system uses the advanced Unreal 3 Engine.

gameplay sounds like Dead Rising in the terms of taking stuff and throwing it, but I like the idea of fitting things together to make bigger and better weapons.
Maybe glue a chainsaw to a gun :D

Wii is horrible with physics. Maybe a simpler game like Red Steel physics would be good for Wii.

But something at the level of even Halo 3's ragdolls and other physics would slow down Wii.

Alot of people like to think that the Wii is not good at handling physics. when, infact, it does it fairly nicely. Take Elebits, probably one of my favorite Wii games, a game where the only thing you do is sling objects around. And for the record, Im not a Nintendo a Nintendo fanboy, I also have a 360 (Fuck Sony). But yeah, the Wii may not be good with graphics, but it can handle other aspects of gaming.

That's why I didn't buy a Wii, it was just a gimmick, and still is...

This game looks awsome! I'd love to wreak havok any way I can in a game and not use guns for a change... (Comin to PS3 Woot!)

last year I was so excited about getting a wii but a few weeks ago I got an xbox 360 because I needed proper gaming and graphics. (and also I wanted to play the new gta)
Also the x360 has got so many good games; oblivion, gears of war, tom clancy games etc

I think he means that the spec on nintendo consoles has always been lower than on playstation and xbox. There is close to zero of the games on Wii for example, that's even close to matching up to a ps3/xbox360 game, in graphics and length. The Wii is just a gizmo, and can't run any spec-craving games.

Maybe, but it's very annoying for anyone who has a wii because they can only play novelty games, games without proper stories, games that are fun for 5 minutes, games that make you feel like a twat to play unless you have friends over... Watching everyone with PS3's and Xbox 360s laughing at you playing gears of war and motorstorm...

I almost agree with you. Almost. The Wii is experiencing a period of "lets see what we can do with it". Like the DS, nothing really came out for it that was any good (they all seemed to be novelty games, like you said) until Trauma Center and Meteos. Before that it was crap like PacPix and PingPals, then they started getting serious.

Wii has some awesome games coming, Battalion Wars 2 anyone?

Oh Hell no. That game was totally awful.

Also, I don't really think the Wii is in the same position that the DS was in a few years ago. The DS was not completely novel in the fact that it was a protable device that used a touch screen, as many games had been designed for touch screens before, and people knew what to do with it. Meanwhile, there has NEVER, EVER, been a console that uses primarily motion sensing to play, and as such, nobody knows how to use it. The Wii is too novel and in too firm a market. People may be willing to stand for that type of innovation in the handheld market, but I think most console gamers would prefer an analog and d-pad (hurr, like the Ctrl+Alt+Del comic... </hurr>) over the Wiimote any day. I personally hate how imprecise using the Wiimote is, and how cumbersome it is do the simplest things that you can easily do with an analog stick (aim a gun, for example), but then, maybe that's just because I suck a Wii. I dunno, I doubt the Wii is going to win this console race, though.

The conversations in F-M certainly are very fluid. It makes sense, when you think about it, though. There is only so much to talk about on the physics side of a game, even if it hasn't come out. So either the threads die, or we just go with whatever everyone's talking about, no matter what it may be.

IMO N64 had beat PS1. PS1 had few god games, the only game on their that I can re-call that was good is Metal Gear.

N64 had;
- Perfect Dark
- Goldeneye
- Jet Force Gemini
- Conkers Bad Fur Day
- Super Mario 64
- Paper Mario 64

Most of the god games on N64 where developed by Rare Ware, but then MicroSoft bought Rare Ware over. Half of Rare Ware split up and formed a company called Free Radical (most of the guys who worked on Perfect Dark split to Free Radical). Rare was formed with the remaining developers.

Though everyone knows that PS3 is an over-hype and Australian's are stuipid enough to like PS3 more than Wii and 360.

Free radical is still one of my favorite developers (Timesplitters, Second Sight) and I had no idea that they were half of what was to be microsoft... Weird...

True... I just feel sorry for all the people who fell for it... There are a few good games for it, but it's just nothing compared to the other two consoles.

The Final Fantasy games that were released on Playstation was the best game that console had. IMO.

The PS Monster Madness was made by a different development team. Plus you know there are all of those hardware issues so the game practicly had to suck to keep the frame-rate.

Looks very similar to Expendable, an older game i had (arcade-ish style with a co-op feature) and one of my favourites back then...
