Silent Storm

Silent Storm is a gem and was a sleeper hit IMO, since many people have not played it. It has some great ragdoll physics, and mostly everything is destructible in the game. You can shoot through a door and the bullets will make holes in the door and kill the enemy inside, or you can shoot through thin walls and take someone out. It's quite bloody and has very nice graphics. You can find a demo anywhere, just search for it on google. It's turn-based goodness at its best, and since it's not sold anymore, your best bet is eBay (thats where I got mine from :P). You can read more about it at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Silent_Storm

Odd..... you just reminded me of a game that was just put as a demo on the XBL Marketplace.... I can't seem to remember the name, but I'm sure it had silent in it or something. Maybe I should go check it out...

This is great! I played this game for a very long time, actually i even made my friends buy it and we played on LAN. There's been some expansions too, i think..This game is like the (awesome) game X-Com, with AP that is points which indicate how much time you have. Like crawling takes more AP, because its slower than walking, but you're much less to be hit when crawling.

You can choose to fire 1 precise round from your gun, or maybe 4 or 5 less accurate. I just gotta say- if you haven't tried this game, do it now!

Oh, I have this game. The expansion is called Silent something, I forgot. It was a fun addition to the game. Anyway, yeah, it is kinda like X-com with the action points, but it reminded me most of Fallout. What other game lets you become a porn-star? :D

WHY THE 11 MONTH NECROS?! Also, I too would have snapped this up if it weren't RTS. FPS would have been so cool :D Like COD4! With less awesome graphics and less call of making duties o' course.
