For the last time, Soldat is not a physics game.

And unfortunately, CC has no online play yet, and may never have it. So we seem to be starting from scratch in finding online multiplayer physics games.

CC doesn't have online? Dang, I thought it did.
And quoting the soldat website "Game environment based on real physics rules"

Any rpg/fps/sidescroller/Tetris game could technically be considered a physics game. In my opinion, games that are centered around physics, not gameplay or graphics, is a physics game. So yeah, I could see Soldat being a maybe on the grand scheme of physics games.

I second that. Pretty much all games these days have some kind of physics system built into them to make them seem realistic, but physics games use this physics simulation as the base of all their gameplay.

Well for LAN you could try toblo or bontago (is bontago online?)
For online you could try 'Golf?' but I couldn't get it to work.

Beside Garry's Mod, no other Source-engine based game is a physics game.
Hmm. Off the top of my head...I'd say...er...GMod...and...er...dunno. D:

If your playing toblo then I'll personaly come and eat your brain... That's the most ridicilous game ever released to pc...I don't care if it has physics, I HATE IT!
Bontago is really nice tho ;)

I didn't like ROR all that much. I didn't even see much vehicle deformation in it, save for the airplane.
GMod is my recommendation, if the online works for you. It didn't work too well for me.

That doesn't mean it's a physics game. The game is centered around two things: storyline, and shooting from a first person point of view. It is not a physics game, merely one that implements it.
