you have to mess around with the base rte,s in the program files, try what

Try checking out other peoples mods, see how they do it, and ask them. ´Start with easy things, and then move to more and more difficult things the better you get.

Yes, I've made several. I'm the admin on the forum and CEO of the biggest modding corporation there.

So, I might need to know how to mod and have made a few mods. :P

Oh, and I was an admin. There was a problem with the forum, and it de-admin'd me. But I'll be an admin again if it gets fixed.
