It seems to be a XNA based physics engine in development:

I don't see whats so significant about it, nothing that hasn't been done before, right?
I dunno, I don't recall seeing a physics engine combined with planetary orbit in this way.
I'd love to see a game made out of that.
Edit: Super Mario Galaxy came close with the coconuts however.

Well, you know there are plenty of flash ones. And I'm sure there are some 3D full game ones somewhere, too.
