This is AMAZING (probably old, but I just found it). It's called GeoMod. A 3D environment that you can move around in and, while aiming at a wall, by pressing V(small), B(medium), or N(HUGE) oyu can dynamically chunk-away the walls, making holes/large tunnels. GREAT demo!
