Matthew did not agree to there being an off-topic forum, so I highly doubt that he will agree to be the admin to such a forum.
This is meant as a joke (sort of) so we can direct people to a place if they want off-topic so badly.

Dumb idea, people keep saying "Gief me off-topic", Matt has always said no to it, so why do people continue? If you start you own O-T forum don't name it F-M, that's matt's until he says it's ok

Does it really matter? At all? This is just a joke forum, it's not going to go anywhere. And even if it does, Muffinmonkey is willingly acknowledging that that forum is a branch-off of Fun-Motion (or a fan site) which means using the name does not break any copyright laws.
