Offcourse you can discuss without suggesting, as long as you post anything new in the old thread, if there is no such thread feel free to make a new one. Just Search before creating any thread

I'm pissed at him because he necroed old threads with comments like "looks kool" and shit like that. If you want to necro a thread you'll have to have a valid reason
