I dont know of a demo, but Rigs of Rods has great vehicle deformation.
And you can use the mouse to "click and drag" the vehicle causing more damage.

The Carmageddon games have some sweet vehicle deformation.Yeah, Carmageddon is old game, but have really great physic. I love that game :)

If someone know other games/tech demos with good car deformation, please post it;)

Carmageddon is a good game for back then but right my standards are at Flat Out 2 so it does not appeal much to me. Awesome game around the time of its release though.

I really want to play D4MD :(No because i don't think he is allowed to release it.

Hi,

unfortunately we will not be releasing it since first of all its all in Portuguese, is not specially well written or optimized and above all it was done while we where working at ADETTI who got the rights to it. I believe the paper we released clearly describes the method. I'll be happy to answer any questions regarding the paper (if I manage to get some free time).

All the best,
Tiago.

I know some, but I can't find any demos of it.

It's called PAM-Crash 2g. It's mainly used as safety tests for car company's and what not. But here are some pictures, interesting.

Some other examples:

EDIT: I've also had Street legal ever since it's release to the retail stores. Currently, I have both releases, the physics and deformation are incredible. You can mod your car with over 100 options including engine mods, and changeable block with many others.

I think that "game" would require a pretty good computer. And I also think it would be pretty complex.

Simplified, it's not a game. Don't bother. ;)

But if it would be like endorphin, first simulate and then play it? :D

Get something from the Flatout series, big downloads but they are very worth it. Once I was in a race, my hood came off and hit another guy who crashed into a building at top speed.

The Burnout series have the best deformation engine in my opinion, and guess what, Burnout Paradise is coming to the PC next February, can't fucking wait.

Hello. Long time lurker, first time poster. :D

I guess that other guy beat me to it, but, yeah, try 1nsane. The crash physics are pretty nice.

Here's the demo.

http://www.download.com/Insane-demo/3000-7518_4-10228978.html

I bought this game like... 5-6 years ago for $6 or something. --But I lost the cd-key... so I can't install it anymore.--

Nevermind. All my brother showed me is to put 0000000000000 as the key and it magically worked lol.

I also tried to look for a decent video showcasing the crashes, but alas...

We had a thread about this Pam crash software before.
It took 16 CPU's some thing like 36 hours to make the small animation the above image is from.
