Search problems

Okay, this is odd, the search function isn't working correctly.
Let's use the Far Cry 2 thread for example, I couldn't find it, used the search, and all it gave me was completely off topic stuff.
And yes, I have all the option checked correctly.
Okay, so I search for Free Rider 2, no matches.

Am I entering the key words wrond or something?


P.S. I'm sorry for double posting the Free Rider thread -_-

One thing to keep in mind... by default, the forum probably searches for each of the terms individually. Including the number "2" will bring back a lot of results if that's the case, as will the word "free". Putting your search terms in quotation marks can help with that -- I get valid search results when I look for "free rider" (with quote marks).

Far Cry was a weird one -- even though the thread is clearly titled "Far Cry", I get no results when I search for the two words separately. Oddly enough, though, "farcry" as one word did bring back results. Go figure.

As with any search engine, you get the best results if you try to think like a machine and not like a person!
