Ramjets is a great game, so great infact that I've uploaded a video to youtube and have started a server (Only for today). It's good fun when you have a bunch of people playing.

The server will be called Fun-Motion for now, so join! My logo (You use an avatar of sorts rather than a name) is a grey bug on an orange background, it's in the video too I think. To join a game once you've entered the server you'll need to press a number on the keyboard to select your colour.

Edit: It turns out it's a big pain to keep a server open, you can't create a dedicated server you've got to leave the whole game open :/

Humm I don't realy like that game. If anyone wants to play a real flight sim. My XFire is Relys, and I have Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004. (Compleate with yoke and stoof!:cool: )

Actulally I do have 1 thing i don't like, all the servers with more than 3 people playing lag horridly...and i mean HORRIDLY! :eek:

I really got into this! I started crap and gradually discovered the depth of strategy in the game. Ended up with a 22 high score :P

I'm the blue head with the left arrows.

I really like how there's no textual communication in the game. It makes your mental model of the other person's character develop only through seeing their playing style. Over time, you really get to know them.

Very fun game.

Whenever I try to fly, I just fall down. I'm using all the controls it says to use. Also the graphics look absolutely terrible for me compared to the Youtube video.

You stall out. You need to gain speed before trying anything big.

And as for the graphics problem, It's either drivers, or it's not a DX9 card.

I've got the flying sorted out but the graphics are still very odd. It's definitely a DX9 graphics card but it only supports shader model 1.1. My good card broke and I couldn't find a decent AGP card to replace it :mad: . Anyone else getting this problem?

The only problem that this game gave me was that it bored me so much, I had to uninstall it.
So I'm afraid I can't help you out.

I think that's it. The shader problem. But you can try other things, like re-installing, changing your resolution, and slitting your wrists.

-Afterburner (so you can fly straight up)

Ya Ill play! When I first heard about the game and I got on it and I got to play with the developer. And I figured out that theres a slot in the highest point of the bases and if you drop your bomb just right it will blow the thing up. And when I played with him he did that like 3 times.

I can make a server if a couple of people want me to, just tell me what options you all want and I will compromise between them(number of bots and stuff) it will be on the map where you bomb the opponents base

Ok, I crashed on startup just now, but when I tried it again it got into the loading screen and then when i tried once more it worked, try it 3-4 times to see if anything changes. I have no idea what could be causing it, what operating system do you use.

I can't help you then, anyway The server is up and its called fun-motion,if anyone wants to play its up from 4pm to 9pm GMT everyday apart from wednesday (it might finish a little early,) my avatar thing is a black square with a red background.
