Since, for some odd reason, Cyranix locked the old thread when there was still much to be discussed, consider this version 2.0.
Cyranix locking the thread seemed... Immature and a little "I'm tired of talking about this so no one else can talk about it."

This thread will be locked within thirty minutes.
I'm sure of it.

We'll make another.
Making threads in a feedback board about something we feel needs to be acted agianst seems fine...

The issues are on a personal level, not a systemic one. If you have a problem as an individual, send a PM. It doesn't have to be sent to me.
If you have a concrete, defineable problem -- a specific instance of how I have messed up -- then use the appropriate channel to deal with it: PM a moderator and/or report the post. The thread for "I don't like Cyranix" did not indicate any egregious breach of conduct, so we're going back to the way things ought to be -- on a private, case-by-case basis.
I urge you to contact other moderators and get their views.
EDIT: To clarify. The forum really isn't an appropriate place to discuss individual moderation decisions. Other types of problems should, in fact, be posted in a thread in this sub-board.
Once again, if you have questions, concerns, or comments regarding a moderation decision, send a PM to one or several members of the moderation team. We will discuss the matter with you and amongst ourselves to reach a conclusion that best represents the spirit of Fun-Motion and promotes a healthy community environment. The Forum Guidelines (http://fun-motion.com/forums/showthread.php?t=804) (agreed upon by the moderation team as a whole) reflect this procedure.

Just to add, if this thread gets posted yet again without a good reason, I'll give the user a booking. Follow the rules and stop complaining about mods warning you when you don't follow them.
